As a UGC Manager at TAS Digital, you will be the operational engine behind our ad production. Your role is to take the creative vision from our Strategists and turn it into reality by sourcing, briefing, and managing the right creators on platforms like Insense, Billo, and through direct outreach.

đź“‹ Role Overview

As a UGC Manager, you act as the bridge between our Creative Strategy and the final content. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of User Generated Content production. This involves taking briefs from Creative Strategists, finding the perfect creators to match the brand voice, and rigorously quality-checking (QA) the incoming raw files to ensure they meet our high standards before they reach the editing room.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Creator Sourcing & Scouting: Find and recruit the best talent for each specific brand using platforms like Insense (primary), Billo, Fiverr, and direct Instagram/Email outreach.
  • Brief Management & QA: Receive creative briefs from the Strategists and review them for clarity. You will "creator-proof" these briefs to ensure the talent understands exactly what to shoot.
  • Campaign Execution: Set up and manage campaigns on UGC platforms, negotiating rates and handling logistics (shipping products, timelines).
  • Quality Control (QA): Review every single raw video file submitted by creators. You are the gatekeeper—checking for lighting, sound quality, hook execution, and adherence to the brief. You request reshoots immediately if standards aren't met.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate promptly with the Creative Strategists to provide updates on production status and hand off approved raw assets to the video editors.
  • Brief Optimization: Proactively improve briefs based on creator feedback and performance data to streamline future production.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience specifically managing UGC campaigns for D2C brands.
  • Platform Mastery: Deep experience with Insense is required. Familiarity with Billo, Fiverr, and direct creator outreach is a strong plus.
  • Volume Experience: Has managed at least 20+ active creator collaborations simultaneously.
  • The "Creative Eye": Ability to instantly distinguish between high-quality, authentic UGC and low-effort content.
  • Process-Driven: Extremely organized with the ability to track the status of dozens of videos at once.
  • Communication: Fluent English communication skills with the ability to be firm on deadlines but polite with talent.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with Creative Strategists and Video Editors to ensure a smooth workflow.
