As a Creative Strategist for direct response ads at TAS Digital, you'll be instrumental in crafting compelling ad campaigns &Â unique concepts specifically for platforms like Meta and TikTok. Your role will involve developing creative briefs, writing engaging copy, conducting thorough market research, and applying marketing psychology to design ads that resonate with target audiences.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute concepts & creative briefs for the production team that align with client objectives.
- Find Concepts, write copy, write scripts, write storyboards for UGC creators
- Manage UGC creators per client per month to create UGC ads
- Conduct in-depth research to inform marketing tactics and strategies.
- Apply understanding of marketing psychology to enhance ad effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure creative alignment and execution.
- Stay updated on the latest advertising trends and platform updates for Meta and TikTok.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet TAS Digital’s high standards.
🎯 What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Creative Strategist, specifically in crafting for direct response ads in Meta and TikTok.
- Proven ability in brief creation, copywriting, and conducting market research.
- Strong grasp of marketing tactics and psychology.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Has contributed to the creation of at least 100 ads.
- Preferably has worked in an agency environment and managed at least 5 clients simultaneously.
