Advertising Client Success Manager
As an D2C Client Success Manager (Account Manager) at TAS Digital, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, guaranteeing their satisfaction and achieving their business goals. You will onboard new clients, provide ongoing support, analyze performance, and lead weekly meetings. As an D2C Client Success Manager (Account Manager) at TAS Digital, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, guaranteeing their satisfaction and achieving their business goals. You will onboard new clients, provide ongoing support, analyze performance, and lead weekly meetings. You'll also work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, maintain project reports, and identify opportunities to upsell and increase revenue.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough onboarding for new e-commerce clients.
- Provide ongoing support and strategic guidance to clients.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
- Analyse the creative strategy of the campaigns and clients
- Facilitate weekly client meetings to review progress and discuss strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams (media buying, creative, etc.) to ensure efficient campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate project reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities to expand client services and increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Proactively anticipate client challenges and develop solutions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
🎯 What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce & D2C marketing, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Email Marketing.
- Fluent in English & Arabic , French fluency is a plus
- Passion for e-commerce and a deep understanding of the industry.
- Previous advertising agency experience is required.
- Proven track record of successfully managing e-commerce clients and leading teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
